QL2 Software LLC is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to drive strong, profitable revenue growth ($50M+) by building on our customer-focused sales and marketing organization and effectively implementing SaaS based go-to-market strategies for one of its portfolio companies. It is a fast-growing SaaS business that focuses on Price and Assortment Optimization in the Retail and Travel Industries.  This role will have a strong understanding of SaaS-based sales and marketing in the competitive pricing space, and a sales strategy that delivers rapid and robust sales growth across all channels. The CRO will work closely with the CEO, Leadership Team and Board to expand business development and company brand recognition as we move to its next stage of growth. As well as work closely with the Product and Engineering functions to build valuable solutions for our customers.  The CRO will act as role model, motivator, team leader, and culture builder, inspiring strong support of our core values.

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of demonstrated success as a sales leader in the retail industry with at least 5 years of SaaS experience.

  • Proven track record of closing mid-six to seven-figure B2B SaaS transactions.

  • Experience successfully managing indirect solution sales channels with technology partners.

  • Demonstrated success establishing VP-level and C-level relationships at $10b plus retailers and brands.

  • Track record of improving key sales metrics and processes to achieve revenue and profit goals.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics.

  • Ability to create and manage a proven process optimizing CRM.

  • Successful candidates will have a BA degree.

Revenue/Sales Leadership Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel go-to-market SaaS strategies and implement processes/practices that enable rapid revenue scaling and accurate forecasting.

  • Build, train, coach and motivate a highly driven sales team. Foster a culture of success.

  • Create and maintain relationships with key technology partners to build a robust pipeline of channel opportunities.

  • Provide leadership presence when representing the company across high-level customers and stakeholder venues and within all company functions.

  • Institute operational discipline and a metrics-driven approach to sales, forecasting, and delivering revenue plans at or under budget.

  • Drive the creation of a scalable, predictable demand generation pipeline to support growth strategy.

  • Establish and maintain metrics reporting to monitor and course correct using analytical tools.
