QL2 is a fast-growing organization; thus, we are looking for an Account Manager who is hungry to be part of the growth and support the organization to help get it to the next level.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Exceeds sales quota
  • Ownership of renewals and upselling existing customers.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
  • Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor with QL2 clients
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of QL2’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Respond to and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Track key account metrics
  • Liaise between our clients and internal teams
  • Understand and meet the weekly sales standard requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of progressive experience in sales
  • Self-motivated and directed
  • Detail oriented and hands-on approach, with the willingness to dive deep into anything
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to influence others and prioritize projects
  • Strategic thinker with excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the Start-Up environment and/or Technology sector a plus
