"As the premier provider of online news information, we have experienced a tremendous amount of success.  We are constantly expanding our coverage and offering more global news, but we face two big challenges:

1. How can we continue to provide more and better data?
2. How do we control the spiraling costs of this data collection?

We have a very manual process for collecting the data in our products.  To ensure quality assurance, we have multiple systems in place that search and extract data for our analyst to review prior to adding it to our product. If we move to becoming a global news provider, we feel we will need more staff. We wish we could automate more of our business process."
