QL2 Academic Program

QL2 is pleased to offer free licenses of WebQL® to students and faculty in academia for non-commercial educational and research activities.

In a nutshell, WebQL makes it easy to crawl web pages, submit forms, extract data from HTML/PDF/etc., manipulate the data with SQL-like operations, and export the data as XML/CSV/HTML/etc — all possible with a few lines of code. In addition to running WebQL as a standalone application, a researcher can embed WebQL directly into a custom application. APIs are available for Java, COM/ActiveX, C++ and .NET (including C# and VB.NET). An application can also initiate WebQL execution on a WebQL Server using SOAP.
